It’s been a stellar week for music, with so many artists releasing enough new material to make any real music fan salivate. Up next is the long-awaited (at least by me) video for “All Of The Lights” by Kanye West, which is directed by Hype Williams and co-stars a cop car, lots and lots of lights, Rihanna‘s side boob, and Kid Cudi‘s profile.
And you know what? I still love it. I love how the video begins with the piano version of the song and the young girl walking through the projects, and the steady progression. Yes, it would’ve been epic to see Elton John make a cameo, but hey, what can you do…
And while I won’t say that Hype’s return wasn’t as triumphant as the song’s horns were, still, it’s good to see the brother earning a paycheck.
